Paris Hilton is back behind bars after just one day of freedom. A judge in Los Angeles over-ruled a decision by the sheriff’s department to send her home with an electronic tag.

And so he should!!

Other prisoners who are “ill” do not get electronically tagged and sent home, they would all be doing it and the prisons would be empty.

Just because her family have money does not mean to say that she can do anything she likes and get away with it.

Just think of all the families around the world who have lost loved ones due to drink drivers. Does their sentence of loss and grief get reduced because they have money?

Now I know she didn’t kill anyone……yet! But how many times does one person need to get caught driving whilst under the influence of alcohol before she stops……she didn’t even have a licence, as it was suspended!!!!
