Well Christmas has been and gone and now the new year is here. Time to start and lose some weight and get fit ready for my summer holidays.

That is definitely easier said than done, I have foolishly promised my other half that I will have a body like Shakira for the beach!!!

I am definitely going to have to work hard to accomplish that…..I wonder how much liposuction costs? Will really have to figure out a routine for that mission!

I have a few things to look forward this year, so far they are

1. A very very relaxing day at a spa in January which was a christmas pressie from my very amazing boyfriend
2. My niece/nephew is due to be born in February
3. My very hot and exotic summer holiday
4. Iron Maiden concert in July at Twickenham Stadium.
