Jensen Ackles PicsJensen Ross Ackles was born on the 1st of March 1978, in Dallas, Texas. He is an American actor and is best known for his television roles as Eric Brady in “Days of Our Lives”, Alec/X5-494 in “Dark Angel” and Jason Teague in “Smallville”. He currently plays Dean Winchester on the CW series “Supernatural”.

His plan was to study sports medicine at Texas Tech University and then become a physio therapist but instead he moved to L.A and started his acting career.

He has also appeared on stage in 2007 alongside Lou Diamond Phillips in the stage adaptation of “A Few Good Men” at the Casa Mañana Theatre in Fort Worth, Texas, he played the part as Lt. Daniel Kaffee (played by Tom Cruise in the film).
