Films That Are Cursed

Nicolas CageAccording to Fox the new Nicolas Cage movie, “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” has joined the list of movies that are cursed. Nine members of the film’s crew were injured after an SUV swerved to avoid a taxi that suddenly changed lane, mounted the curb on the New York City set early on Wednesday morning. Just days earlier, two pedestrians were hurt when a stunt driver lost control of the vehicle and plowed into a local restaurant.

Rebel Without A Cause

Actor Nick Adams (died at the age of 37 of an apparent drug overdose, though no pill bottles or syringes were found in his home) and Sal Mineo ( Died at the age of 37 after he was stabbed in the heart by a robber).

Superman

SupermanChristopher Reeve was paralyzed in a horseriding accident and later died in 2004. George Reeves, who played Superman in the 1950s TV series died from a single gunshot wound to his head, Bud Collyer, who lent his voice to “The New Adventures of Superman” cartoon died from a circulatory ailment. Margot Kidder (who played Lois Lane) suffered a nervous breakdown and Richard Pryor (Gus Gorman) developed MS.

The Crow

The CrowSeveral crew members were injured in mysterious accidents and set equipment was destroyed in mysterious fires. But the biggest tragedy of all was the death of the star Brandon Lee during filming. A scene called for him to be shot with a .44 Magnum filled with blanks. But when the scene got underway, Lee was fatally injured when one of the dummy bullets pulled loose from its brass casing and killed him.
