Robbie Williams Brits 2010 Interview

It’s great to see Robbie back in action. As he has said himself, he is not the best singer in the world, but he is a major showman. I just love him. After just watching him perform a medley of his greatest hits live at The Brits 2010, he looks amazing, and he “in the words of the X Factor judges” owned the stage. He did actually sing live, unlike Cheryl Cole who’s lip-synching was no where near the soundtrack, either that or my Sky+ box was really playing up….if that was the reason then I do apologise Cheryl!

Anyway back to Robbie who was awarded with the Mastercard lifetime achievement award, have mentioned how great he looked?
LOL.

Here he is in a clip from Capital FM talking to Margarita Taylor and the Bassman ahead of the glittering ceremony at Earl’s Court. He mentions that he will only be staying at the after show party for 15 minutes as he will be rushing home to watch the Man UTD vs AC Milan match which he is recording.

Kylie Official 2010 Calendar

It’s that time of year again. Spending three hours in a shop trying to decide between Fire-fighters, Piglet or David Beckham. The choice of which calendar you buy is a life changing decision, after all you are the one that has to look at it for the next 12 months before the agonising decision is upon you once again.

David Beckham Calendar Firefighters Calendar

The choice is just so hard. If in doubt there is always the new Official 2010 Kylie calendar. I really don’t think I will be buying it though. It looks quite good, much better than the Kylie calendars of recent years.

Bon Jovi – When We Were Beautiful

When We Were Beautiful DVD & BookSince releasing the début album “Bon Jovi” way back in 1984, Bon Jovi are now one of the biggest bands in the world. Gone are Jon’s long flowing locks but he is still as gorgeous as ever at the age of 47. The band have sold 120 million albums and performed to more than 34 million fans in 50 countries to date.

The new album “The Circle” is out now, which features the new single “We Weren’t Born To Follow” which sounds remarkably like some of their old stuff, which means it is brilliant. The album title, Bon Jovi explains, has several meanings: “Some may say that with this album we have come full circle. Others may see The Circle as never ending. I see it as very hard to get in to and even harder to get out of. Having had 5 studio records in this decade, there are songs on each record that represent the world around us. And while they don’t always like what they see, they try hard not to see the cup as half empty.”

The album was released on the released on the 30th of October, the same day as a new documentary and tie-in book “When We Were Beautiful” which is a documentary following the band on their 2007/08 Lost Highway Tour.

Next June, the band will effectively be moving into London’s O2 Arena for a multi-date residency. At the moment, the 10-date stint kicks off on June 7, but with a few gaps in the schedule here and there, don’t be surprised to see that number go up in the coming months.
