Michael Fred Phelps was born on the 30th of June 1985, he holds 7 world records for swimming and 16 Olympic medals.

The Baltimore born 14 times Olympic Gold medallist (well for now anyway!!!), Michael Phelps may well have been bullied at school for having rather large ears…….but exactly who is laughing now? He’s not exactly ugly, he is very talented (they don’t call him the Baltimore Bullet for nothing!)……oh……..and he has a fab bod!

I bet the bullies are kicking themselves now whilst they carry on there dead-end, low-paid crappy jobs!!!

The only complaint I have about this Olympic God is that he is not British!!

Yes indeed! The very sexy Freddie Ljungberg is said to be considering a move to join David Beckham at LA Galaxy after he was released with a £4m pay-off as West Ham cut their wage bill.

Wow!!! Freddie and David together in one team……That could possibly make LA Galaxy THE sexiest team in the whole world.

As David Beckham hit the stage last night at the Gibson Amphitheater, Los Angeles to pick up the award for the Choice Male Athlete, his three sons Brooklyn, nine; Romeo, five; and Cruz, three; were with him. The young trio stood shyly on stage as Becks thanked his fans for his surfboard trophy. He gave Cruz a light pat on the head which seemed to put him slightly at ease. But then his stage fright disappeared after his Dad persuaded him to break dance again. Young Cruz Beckham attracted a round of cheers from the screaming audience.

Mum Victoria sat in the audience watching her family with pride and apparently the biggest cheer came from her, although when the cameras came round later on in the evening she could be seen wearing the same bloody sour faced look. One day that woman will smile, it is definitely sexier than looking glum.

The new “London” by Dunhill Aftershave TV Ad is brilliant. Well to be honest it would be pretty damn boring and rather like loads of other TV commercials that I just skip through. But why is this advertisement so brilliant??

Henry Cavill of course!!

Born Henry William Dalgliesh Cavill, in Jersey on the 5th of May 1983. He has appeared in films such as The Count of Monte Cristo, Hellraiser: Hellworld and most importantly he plays the role of Charles Brandon, Duke of Suffolk, and the brother-in-law of Henry VIII of England (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) and enemy of Queen Anne Boleyn in the brilliant TV drama “The Tudors”.

Henry apparently auditioned for the leading role in “Batman Begins” but lost out to Christian Bale and also for the part of James Bond in “Casino Royale” but lost out to Daniel Craig as he was said to be too young for the part of Bond……really!!! I don’t think so!! he would have made a much better James Bond than Daniel Craig ever could. I’m not saying that Craig is ugly but James Bond he is not!!

James Bond is Tall, Dark, Handsome, Funny and Sexy. In other words, Everything that Henry Cavill is and Daniel Craig isn’t!!!

Now everyone knows that over the years David Beckham has sported numerous sexy hairstyles. So the other day whilst I was organising the huge collection of pics that I have of Becks, I thought I may as well put some of them to use and focus on his hair for a change instead of his hot body. Which to be honest is the usual part of him that I focus on.

I haven’t really liked all of his crops, but it has never put me off……he will always be gorgeous!!!

Antonio Banderas new fragrance “Blue Seduction For Women” has arrived and the launch party was held on the 10th of July 2008 by PUIG USA in New York City. Antonio, who was accompanied by his his wife Melanie Griffith, is now 47 years old and to be honest he just keeps getting more and more good looking as the years go by!
