Shemar Franklin Moore was born on the 20th of April in Oakland, California. The former American male fashion model with Irene Marie Models, is now an Emmy Award-winning American actor and is best known for his role as Malcolm Winters in “The Young and the Restless”, which he originally played from 1994 to 2002.
He is also known as the third permanent host of the long-running “Soul Train” series from 1999 to 2003.
Shemar currently plays the role of FBI Special Agent Derek Morgan on CBS’s hit drama “Criminal Minds”.
