Brad Pitt Is Filming In Glasgow

Finally there is something worth looking at in Glasgow, Yes it’s a lovely city with some wonderful architecture, galleries and places to visit……but none of them are as beautiful as Brad Pitt.

He arrived here from London by Virgin train yesterday, which is reported to have cost him 40,000GBP to hire the whole train for himself, Angelina and the children. He is in Glasgow to film his new movie “World War Z” which is a 2006 post-apocalyptic horror novel by Max Brooks. The filming has transformed Glasgow’s George Square into a little bit of Philadelphia complete with American flags, Street signs and yellow cabs.

Twin Atlantic are a Rock band from Glasgow, Scotland.
The band is made up of Sam McTrusty, Rhythm guitar & Lead Vocals, Barry McKenna on Lead guitar, Backing Vocals & Piano, Ross McNae on bass, Piano & Backing Vocals and Craig Kneale on Drums.

Throughout their career, the band have played venues such as Rockness, T In The Park and the Belladrum Festival and have supported bands such as Biffy Clyro, My Chemical Romance, Angels & Airwaves, Blink 182.
In March 2009 they signed with Red Bull Records and went on to release their first Album “Vivarium” and on April 29, 2011 they released their second album “Free”
This song is the second single from the “Free” album. It’s brilliant……well I think so!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the brilliant Barcelona Football Team who have just netted me a small sum of cash. At the start of the Champions League competition a small group of us, mainly family and friends each pick a team and place 5.00 in the kitty. Obviously this year the winner was ME!!!!

Barcelona defeated Manchester United 3-1 in the Champions League soccer final at Wembley Stadium in London.

Pedro Rodriguez, Lionel Messi and David Villa scored for the Spanish team.
